wrong book expanding in WebHelp

Alls source in FM10, linked to RH9 for WebHelp output.

When I click a link to Appendix C, the first page of Appendix C is loaded, but Appendix B book expands in the Contents pane.

Any suggestions on where to start troublehsooting this?

Never mind, links don't expand the target books.

Appendix B expanding was a weird glitch due to the wrong paragraph tag at the beginning of Appendix C.
