Wrong Font/List of Fonts KB917334

I read on www.graing.org (snippet 51) that Adobe have released a patch that fixes both (???) the wrong font and list of fonts issues.

Prior to this patch the work around was to insert a manual page break at the start of every document in the project, which we had done and has worked for us.

I am wondering ...
Has anyone NOT had sucess with this patch? and...
if the manual page breaks can be left in the documents after this patch is applied, without creating a problem?

You are confusing two issues.

The page break only addressed the long list of fonts and that is still required.

Wrong font required the patch and I believe some people have found other Microsoft updates have broken things again.
