Frameless output doesn't display UTF-8 characters correctly on the Edge browser

I just updated RoboHelp 2019 to the latest version (14.0.8).
We have documentation that must be displayed in spanish.
The project is configured to use UTF-8 encoding.
I generate the Frameless output using the Orange skin

When the start page is displayed in Chrome or Safari it displays correctly.
The "How can we help?" text is correctly translated and sisplayed as ¿Cómo podemos ayudarle?
When the start page is displayed in Edge that text is displayed as ¿Cómo podemos ayudarle?

Other pages that contain spanish accents display correctly.
The problem seems to only present itself on the start page that RoboHelp generates.

I understand Adobe found the issue in a topic as well so you might want to check that.

This fix has not been exhaustively tested so try it in a copy of your project.

After adding the skin from gallery to project, go to that skin folder and find “homepage.ejs” and “topicpage.ejs” files. Locate <script> tag with “whxdata/projectsettings.js” and remove this script line from both the files.

Just to let you know that someone at Adobe is looking into this.

Thanks you for your help.  This solved the problem.

We will keep testing to make sure this did not break something else.
