How to navigate in "full screen" mode?

Hi, Everyone.

Is there a way to give the end user navigation controls when they're viewing my RH handbook in full-screen mode?

Similarly, even when the TOC is displayed, I'd like to place navigation buttons for "Next Page" and "Previous Page" somewhere handy.
