Printing single page PDF printed twice on one side. (2 copies on one side)

I have a single page PDF which I want to print 2 copies on one side of the page. I have tried various options available with the printer and settings in Adobe reader and Adobe Reader Pro. I found it will print 2 pages on one side, but not a duplicate of the single paged document on one side.
I have tried various programs to do this, and the only way I have found it can be done is if it was a 2 page document. We have a lot of single paged documents and want to be able to print 2 to a page to save costs of printing.

This is a forum for printed documentation produced by Adobe's RoboHelp product. You need to ask in an Acrobat forum.

If you cannot get an answer there, for what it is worth I use a program called FinePrint that allows many printing options that my printers do not include. You also get a preview of what is going to print. FinePrint then tells your printer what to print in the way you want.
