Trial move from RoboHelp 2019 to RoboHelp 2020

I have just started to evaluate the RoboHelp 2019 trial. In the mean time i recognised that a new RoboHelp version (RoboHelp 2020) is available. I wanted to continue the trial evalutaion on RoboHelp 2020. I insatlled the new version, but i coud not start the triel period in RoboHelp 2020. How can i proceed it?

Perhaps your corporate firewall is blocking the required website. I would suggest checking with your security team if they are blocking access to adobe domains (or need to specifically whitelist them).

I don't specifically know which domains would be required - you'd have to contact support using the email address on the following page as I couldn't see anything specific in the RH help pages:

I am having a similiar issue to this - I started with a trial version of RoboHelp but recently purchased a subscription - now when I start the application I get a blank pop-up like in this screen capture, but I can X out of it and my RoboHelp operates normally, so I am hoping my subscription is being used and the trial isn't still running down. I guess I'll find out in a month 😉

I understand there is an issue for some people that is being investigated. I will update this thread when I know more. Meantime it might be worth logging with support that you are affected.

Yes I have got this error message:

I tried to uninstall the RoboHelp 2019 version too, but it doesn't solve my issue.

What is stopping you? What happens when you try to run the 2020 triald, are you getting an error message?
