30 credits I didn't pay for?

I got the free trial a few months back for Adobe Stock. I downloaded my images and canceled it. However, I just noticed today it says I have "Available Stock quota: 30 plan credits"

Why do I just have these now? I'm a little scared to use them; honestly, I'm not sure if it is a scam (which I know Adobe is very much known for) and I do not wish to end up paying god knows how much if these have not just been freely given to me for whatever reason.

Hey @aurora_8438 - I apologize for the inconcenience. Your account has been canceled, and you haven't been charged. There was a syncing issue, but it should be resolved now.

It appears that you did not successfully cancel the free trial, which has now converted to a paid subscription from which you receive 10 credits monthly.  Check your credit card statement for the last few months. You'll probably find a monthly charge from Adobe. If you think you did cancel the free trial, you should have an email confirmation to prove it.

Which I have

You had a 10-credits/month subscription, if you have 30 plan credits, you should have that subscription for 3 months, without using the credits.

Check https://account.adobe.com/plans to see if the plan is really gone. If you still have that plan, chances are that you still get charged.

I have gone through that website a couple of times over, but I still cannot find anywhere that says I have any further subscriptions, or that money is owed.

Where would I go from that front orders and invoices page that I have a screenshot of to show me where I have been charged?

If I am being charged, how do I cancel something, that has already been canceled?
