Sorry if this seems like a silly question but, can someone please explain Stock Images to me ?  I have a business licenses and get 10 stock images a month. I have never really taken advantage of it. Now I want to use some images for multiple projects. Are the 10 images cumulative or additive?  Do I only get 10 images out of the entire Adobe catalog that I can use a month or do I get 10+10+10+10....  and if I do, would I be able to access all the past months that I had never took advantage of ?   Any help and illumination would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

Unused credits accumulate from month to month but are eventually capped at the total number of your annual subscription, i.e. 120 credits. The credits remain available as long as you maintain your subscription. You should be able to see on your account how many credits you currently have.

Hello @Kevin38873484egcl! I see that you recently purchased a 10-month plan and have used all your credits in this month. You next renewal date is 08/10, at which time 10 credits will be added to your account, and you can start using your credits again. If you dont use it, the credits will roll over to the next month. With the 10-month plan, you can accumulate up to 120 rollover credits.

@Liza5C0C,

But when you are out of credits, you can buy additional assets at the price indicated by your subscription? Or do you really need to wait until the next allocation?

I suppose that the 10-Month plan is a 10-assets/month plan?

That's correct, and you can purchase an asset at the overage price when you are out of credits.

I appreciate the response but I have had this account for a number of years actually so that is where my confusion stems from. This isn't a new subscription.  It is my buisness account and I have had this account since Aug 2021.   I would very much like to discuss this with someone if possible to understand how this works.

@Kevin38873484egcl - the organization was created in '22 (with Acrobat Pro). However, the Adove Stock plan was purchased on 07/26, and you recieved a confirmation email for your purchase on that date.

Did you previously have an Adobe Atock plan as well?

Yes,  I be;ieve so. I have never changed my  plan. The 7/26 was a colodation of individual accounts that were not attatched to the main business account . I worked with Nischal Gowda who is a customer service manager with Adobe. As you can see from the previous upload, I have had the same plan for years.
