Adobe stock not working in photoshop elements anymore

Hey I was able to run adobe stock just fine for the first few months afte purchasing, now every time I search for anything "We're unable to process your request. Please try again later.", this message pops up. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you signed in?

 

Does it work when you open the stock site with a browser and check it? https://stock.adobe.com

If yes, the issue is probably with Photoshop Elements. If not, please report the browser error message here.

I've had the same problem for the past month and received the same error message using Elements 2024. But I just tried it and Adobe Stock Photos opened. May be some one fixed the error or it could be a traffic problem with their server.
