Adobe Stock Subscription Issue: Unintended Charges Despite Cancellation and Three-Month Free Offer

Hello,

I had a trial on Adobe Stock, and I was charged for a full month. Later, I canceled my subscription, and you offered me a three-month free extension, which I accepted. However, I've noticed that I am being charged again in April, even though I am not currently using the service. If I attempt to cancel my subscription now, I see there is a 160 EUR fee, which seems unreasonable. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

Thank you.

Because you accepted the three month free extention, you did not cancel. You have a one year subscription and the cancellation fee is half of the remaining dues. If you haven't used the subscription at all, you may have a chance to cancel free of charge by contaction Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
