Error when trying to download a preview image..."Good News, looks like you already have a plan".

Explorer ,
Dec 11, 2025 Dec 11, 2025

I'm logged in and trying to download a preview, but the the message, "Good News, looks like you already have a plan."

Yesterday, 12/11 it seemed to have fixed itself, but today, 12/12 it's doing it again. Please advise!

Today, 12/13 it still persists.

Today, 12/15 it still persists.

Today, 1/17: I've discovered that it ONLY works when you are on the specific image page. Otherwise, it still gives the error.

I'm having the same issue.

Things I've tried:

• Clearing cache in browser

• Logged out of web browser

• Logged out of app

• Rebooted my Mac

Nothing is working. Adobe, please fix this bug.

Same problem.   The chatbot is useless in helping clear this error.

I reached out to Adobe support via chat and they had me:

• Remove all adobe extensions in Chrome

• Log out of ALL Adobe apps/websites

• Clear browser cache/history/cookies

Now it works like a charm.

Same problem here, for days. "Good news! It looks like you already have a plan." Yes, and with plenty of credits.

I am not on Chrome. Logged out of my Photoshop app which I had running on my desktop. Cleared cache & cookies (which I hate doing). Still having the problem.

No preview downloads. Can't adequately tell what I might be using my credits for otherwise. Help!

Adobe Stock not working as usual. Am logged in. Yearly account. Cannot download previews or save to a library. I get the message "Good news looks like you already have a plan" - but it not working. The only thing I can do is pay for an image. I tried chatting. Useless. I called and when I finally got to the place where I can press Stock - it said "Thanks for calling Adobe. Goodbye"
Seriously?
I restarted. I emptied cache. Nothing works.

Hallo zusammen,

seit heute kommt bei mir die Meldung

amazing_ninja0461_0-1766310146097.png

I currently have the $29.99 subscription that includes 10 downloads a month. I am trying to download a couple of images as "preview" images to see if they will work within my design. I click to download preview and instead of downloading a window pops up saying "Welcome Back! Good News, looks like you already have a plan." with an OK button which just takes me back to stock marketplace without downloading. I'm on an Apple with OS Tahoe 26.2. I've tried using 2 different browsers Safari and Chrome.

Strange behaviour, but it seems that you are not alone with this problem.

I've just recently had this happen as well....

From what I'm reading, Adobe is trying to blame it on the browser. Or the computer. Or anything that doesn't pertain to a bug in their system.

Removing all browser extensions, etc. (incuding signing out of other Adobe apps!!) is ludicrous. I may end up cancelling my subscription, esp when I'm seeing that a lot of their stock is available elsewhere for less....

I am chatting with customer service about this problem. Nothing is helping.

The customer service person had me go to incognito mode on Chrome. It worked. Their reason of why or how long was not understood. My image has finally been saved to my library.

I (finally) had it work when I:
Used Chrome (I usually use Firefox, with a few extensions....)
Had purged the cache
and I believe went Incognito.

That being said: is this practical for most designers? No. Most people use one browser and have it customized. Adobe telling us that we have to strip our browser configs AND go incognito is both poorly building/maintaining a product that WE are paying for and also bad customer support.
Honestly...I think I'll ditch my plan. Their offerings aren't that special nor are they price competitive.

UPDATE:

It now works for me when I open a new Incognito window.

Browser is still Chrome, and I did not clear my cache this time around.

I loathe Chrome. I am absolutely not going to install it. So what am I to do?

If anyone from Adobe is monitoring this conversation (hahahahahahahaha!), count me as another customer who is about to cancel my account. NOT worth it.

And I'm beginning to suspect it's all just a ploy to have to buy more images, through trial and error.

I'm also having this exact problem. I've cleared cache, I've removed my extensions, I've tried incognito mode, chrome, firefox, and safari. I have 85 available credits. I can browse and purchase but I can't use a preview or save to my library. Soooo extremely frustrating.

And then I was on the help desk chat and he was "looking into it" for a solid 25 minutes and then it disconnected with zero resolution. Great job, adobe team.

aaaaand, I'm back to the same error. Using Incognito worked just the one time, it seems. So frustrating.

As an in between solution, so I'm able to try out images in layouts, I'm doing screenshots. I thought having Adobe Stock was supposed to make our lives easier. 😫

I found out that once I purchased one image it let me download previews again. If that helps lol. Still frustrating and annoying but whatever the glitch was, once they have your money (which they already had bc I had 84 unused credits available) then it miraculously solves.

Experiencing the problem as well.  I've been using Adobe Stock for a long time and I've never had a problem before.  Tried clearing my cache, new browser, etc...   Not working.
