Concern About Image Quality and Lack of Reporting Option

Community Beginner ,
Dec 15, 2025 Dec 15, 2025

As a paying customer, I expect high-quality images from stock platforms like Adobe Stock. Unfortunately, I recently downloaded an image that turned out to be unusable—it looks like a poorly executed image trace rather than a professional asset.

What’s more disappointing is that there seems to be no way to report low-quality images within Adobe Stock. Quality control should be a priority, and the absence of a reporting mechanism makes it difficult for users to help maintain standards.

I hope Adobe considers implementing a feature to flag subpar content and improves its quality review process. This would ensure that customers receive the value they expect when purchasing stock assets.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Reporting quality issues here is the recommended way to proceed. @Contributor1 will chime in and take care of your complaint.

As for your other concern: assets are getting quality checked before they are entred into the database, but for some time the the system got overwhelmed and new, unexperienced asset moderators did let pass too many bad assets. That situation seems to be adressed by Adobe, as contributors report a more stringent checking, and a higher refusal rate than before, all for quality issues.
