Filters change depending on search??

Community Beginner ,

Hi, I'm trying to browse stock photos and wanted to disable AI generated ones. Previously I had the option to filter those out. But at times it's like half of the filters have gone missing? Then suddenly on a new search, they all reappear... First tests I did seemed to link it to amount of words used in the search, but later I couldn't reproduce it in that way again. Still, seems the fewer (less than 3 words) will keep giving all filter options.

I should be able to ALWAYS having the "disable Ai content" at least. That one shouldn't depend on number of words.

Had a support ticket too, but I closed it too early as I thought the filters had returned for good when I did a new search. It had this ID:

  • Case ID: E-001187868

I can confirm that I once had a similar issue. I could not repeat the issue, however.

Not sure if this is a bug or a really awful/nonsensical feature, but sometimes I'll search for something on adobe stock, and all the options to filter are there. Specifically, I'm looking at "Exclude Generative AI", "Commercial Use" and "Exclude People".

However other times I'll search and none of those options, or a bunch of others, are anywhere in the filter column/side panel. WHY????? There are no other filters applied that would remove other filter options, I'm always searching "All", not free, or just images or anything. It's also happened multiple times on different days/machines so it isn't a case of needing to restart my computer or use a windows/mac as it happens on both.

It seems to be searching for a generic term means you can filter but searching some something specific means no filters????

For example, I can search for "historical places" and all the filter options are there:

But if I search for a specific place, drastically reduced options:

Please someone tell me I'm just being stupid and overlooking something really obvious or simple here?

Thanks in advance!

The problem seems intermittment. I first searched on "historic places" and got 1.2M results. Then I clicked to open up the Filters panel and saw that all 18 filter choices were displayed. I searched on "Notre Dame Paris" and got 42,000 results with only a few filter panels displayed - just as you experienced. I went back and forth a few times between the 2 screens, but when I redisplayed "Notre Dame Paris" all 18 search boxes were displayed. I could not get the original problem to reappear.

I've experienced the same, but could not reproduce the effect. Let's get this into the bugs section, and let's see what Adobe says.
