'Free' Adobe templates ?

Hi everyone, especially the guys at Adobe,

I'm a creative cloud monthly subscriber and I've signed up for the regular Adobe emails. Over the last few weeks I've received several emails purporting to provide a 'free' Adobe template for one of the Adobe Apps, like Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. but when I click the link to download the 'free' template a paid subscription box pops up so I can't download the 'free' template, it's not free, I have to pay for it.

Why send emails puporting to have a 'free' template when it is not actually free. Seems a bit unfair and inaccurate. As the screenshots below...

I checked my mails, and I did not get those offers. But I agree. If they claim the asset to be free, it should be free. There are free assets in the database, so why not showing those?

I suppose Adobe means free with the 30 day free test subscription...
