А как быть если нет возможности взять релиз? Предположим фоткал жену, она была согласна, но она не хочет раздавать незнакомым сервисам свои паспортные данные.
Получается на фотостоках без релиза можно только цветочки и животных выкладывать?
Если никак нельзя разместить без релиза , то как удалить это фото?

You need a model release, your wife does not need to supply a passport or passport data, except if it is a nude or partially nude picture. Their passport or ID data is needed to prove that the person represented is not underage. It needs to be a government distributed ID with picture. I think that Adobe also accepts a driving licence or similar.
Images in the review process may be deleted by using the delete icon (dustbin) on the image.
