Question

2 assets rejected for quality issues, 2 assets accepted.

Hi,

I recently upload bulk of images of same concept, many of them were accepted but some of them were rejected. I have attached the both accepted and rejected images. The images with Indian and Japan flag were rejected and images without these flag were rejected.

Here I upload only 4 images ( 2 accepted and 2 rejected) but you can see my shutterstock portfolio ([external link deleted by moderator]) where all the images were accepted .

I want to know why some of these images were rejected and can I resubmit them.

The selections on the fists are very basic. Needs more sophisticated selection. I can see where you used a brush to do your selections. Anything that removes the viewer from believing the image is real would be grounds for denial.

A jack-of-all-trades is a master of none, but often times better than a master of one.

Hi @abdullah.jvd,

There is rendering issue with the first image. The star should be running below the finger. Instead the finger does not have a proper margin and the star is running over it. Also I cannot figure out that bulge in the hand middle that the star is on, what it should be.

There's this line at the lower section of the palm that is not in sync with the rest of the pattern.

There are similar issues with the second, third and fourth image fingers.

Therefore, none of these should have been accepted anywhere.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

If the rejection reason was "Quality issues": there are quality issues with the assets, there are cutout errors. So all assets sould be rejected. You should always give the rejection reason, as that would help to solve the guessing game.

Yes, but there are quality issues in the images, but for the accepted assets, the moderator did not see them. The error is not the refusal, but the acceptance!

You should learn how to do proper cutouts.

What was the reason given for the rejections? And for the record, Adobe is not Shutterstock, so that is irrelevant. You can resubmit assets if corrections are made (assuming the rejections were for quality issues). If it was a quality issue, it may have to do with the fact that the symbols are simply overlaid on the fists and not part of the fists themselves.

There are noticeable quality issues with all of them.

Some Reviewers are more knowledgeable & experienced than others.
