4K stock video files stuck in the queue

Hello Adobe,

I have seven 4K video files stuck in the system. They are uploaded and show under the "new" section but when I go to save changes made to a file I get an error.

"Some of your changes could not be saved. Please correct the items below highlighted in red and try again."

The page also has and error that reads: "Sorry, our keywords suggestion tool failed to load."

But there is no way of knowing what the errors are. I have selected a file type, category, title, proper keywords etc., but nothing works. Even if I try to delete the file I get the same errors.

I have a screenshot if you'd like to see it.

Thank you for your help.

Hello Adobe,

This issue has been resolved, someone apparently fixed it on the back-end. Thank you.  I am now able to submit those stuck files and there are no longer any errors.

Thanks.

I'm having the same problem with many clips. But I do get a red outline around the offending clips. There's just no way to know what the problem is. I have plenty of good keywords and all fields have been filled appropriately. I've sent-off a request for help to contributor-support@adobe.com. But who knows how many years that will take. No doubt in that time, I will lose all the metadata it took me half a day to enter.

It is a very clunky and time-consuming system for uploading stock video clips. FTP is very old-school. This is no doubt a way to reward Premiere users, since they can simply upload directly from their NLE.
