Hi,

I have changed my email address. One week have passed my payment is pending. Does email changing any issue for the payment.

One week is not long enough. It takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS days (Monday through Friday). Weekends and U.S federal holidays do not count, nor does the day you requested withdraw (probably depending on the time of day the request was made).

Changing your email address on your Adobe account should not affect your payment unless you didn't enter the correct email address for your payment provider.
