About payment

Dear Community,

I hope you're well. My contributor account has been blocked for over 30 days. I submitted an appeal, and it seems like my account might not be reinstated. However, there were some earnings in that account, and I'm unsure how to retrieve the payment.

 

Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this?

Read your Contributor Agreement. Payments are withheld for accounts that are permanently suspended as a result of an infringement of the T&C's.

As long as your account is blocked you have no access to earnings. Regardless of the length of time. You agreed to those terms.
