If I submit this two categories (exterior and interior) ai image then should I need property releases for them? If yes, then where can I found the owner of this image? cause these ai images generated by me using prompt and I don't know the actual owner of them. And If I submit them without property releases and those images are approved in my adobe stock, then after some days when they became selling, can I faces copyright infringement ?
To the best of my knowledge, you do not need a property release for AI generated interiors or exteriors. However you should study these carefully for inconsistencies and geometric errors. Interiors frequently have missing or too many chair or table legs which I can detect in your images. In the orange house, the post on the porch is wonky.

Certainly, you should never upload images unless you are CERTAIN you have that right. You may be sued by the copyright holder, and sued by Adobe, and lose all your Stock earnings. Refer to your license agreement with the AI service to see what rights you are given. Sometimes there is an extra fee for unlimited commercial use.

Thank you for your reply sir. Even I also don't see any restriction about property release in adobe terms and condition for this type of ai images. If I re-edit this content about your instructions and submit them in adobe stock then in future can I faces copyrights issues or I can easilly submit them?
And one questions more sir. If I submit this type of car and bikes photos created using generative ai then the same question, can I faces copyrights issues or I can easilly submit them? (I know that the red bike have a text name in front and I remove it when I upload)

I can't advise regarding copyright issues. You would have to refer to your agreement with the AI generation service you're using (Midjourney?) to determine whether the assets you generate using their service are copyrighted. The house exteriors that you've uploaded here look very generic, so I think that it's very unlikely that a homeowner would ever claim that it's "their" house.
Submitting AI generated vehicles - cars, trucks, motorcycles - is trickier. If the AI generated version happens to still look very much like a "real" model from a manufacturer that has trademarked the appearance of their vehicle, your AI asset will be rejected based on IP issues. For instance, the Volkswagen Bug is a very identifiable and trademarked shape. The same might be true of the car model you've shown above.
P.S. I'm not a "sir"; I'm a "ma'am" 🙂

Copyright issues are related to the tools you use, not the fact to post in stock. I know, that for my photos, I do not face copyright issuse. But for AI, you never know, what assets have been used for training.

You may need a property release, as the AI image may be modelled around an existing piece. But if it is a pure AI generated asset, you can submit a property release in the same idea than with AI persons.

I generate ai images through midjourney with basic subscription plan. Further I don't generate this type of content which may create copyright issues. But I am a new contributor and first time I brought a plan in midjourney and I generated about 150 vehicles and 100 of exterior-interior images. If I don’t submit them, they will be waste. Please tell me is any proper way to submit them? Also I didn't found a owner to contact them and signed them for property releases cause these are ai content and I don’t know the actual owner of these content.
Is there any way to find the owner of this ai content?
Please tell me @Jill_C ma'am, @Nancy OShea and @Abambo
Thank you.

I won't tell you how your AI works. But you will need to provide pictures with higher quality than this, or you will earn refusals for “Quality Issues”.

White Living Room contains stair steps that make no sense.
Illustrations based on real bands (cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, etc...) or celebrity people (singers, dancers, musicians, actors) are likely to create problems for legal reasons. For best results, stick with original content as much as possible. When in doubt, don't submit it.

Submit as Illustrations and generative AI, by following the recommendations and rules for submitting AI. Adobe Stock illustrative editorial guidelines. If you get asked a property release, submit one according to the same rules as when a model release would be asked for a generative AI art generated person. However, if your car even only neatly looks like a Ferrari, Porsche, etc or any other product of an existing carmaker, be sure that there are enough distinctive elements that make it not to be confounded. If you have doubts about the copyright, you can either ask a lawyer specialized in the matter (for a fee) or shred the asset and move on.
If the assets do not respect the basic rules for quality, do not submit. (see your red car)
