2 months is average these days. I have others that have been in the queue for longer. But those images are gradually being reviewed, sometimes day to day, sometimes every other day, and longer when weekends are taken into account. Also, we are not Adobe but contributors like yourself and we can be of no assistance in getting your images reviewed at a faster pace.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum. We are all fellow contributors and have no influence over when your assets get reviewed.

Not in practice, but it can happen. What I meant by my images getting reviewed on a faily regular basis is to say that the images now being reviewed were uploaded 2 months ago. I upload almost daily, so I always have images in the queue that have been there two months or longer.

The reason your files were being reviewed out of order is not the standard, but photos, illustrations, and vectors have different queues, so they can be moderated faster or slower depending on how many assets are waiting before yours. According to Adobe, assets are moderated in a first-in, first-out order. There is no possibility to set your assets on a fast lane, and there is no reason to do so. Once your assets are accepted, they are open for sales for years, so two months waiting time is nothing against that.

Patience is your best friend.

You answered my own question before I even asked it. For three days in a row this last week, images were accepted that I uploaded just two or three weeks ago, compared to others that have been in the queue for 2 months plus. I think it must depend on the whereabouts of the moderators, who receive images in a different order than the majority of moderators. But no rejections so far, so I'm good with that. 🙂

The same queue? All in illustrations?

It may well be, that there are some inconsistencies in the Adobe workflow, that nobody saw at the time, when moderation was done in days, not weeks and months.

As you may have entries in different languages, there may be different routes for those. But if, say Italian is underfed, they may also take on some English jobs. And yes, I know, there is automatic translation, but model releases may be in multiple languages, and someone needs to check them, and tgat someone needs to do more than just comparing dates.

We can speculate, but as long as Adobe does not give us clues, we can't say anything for sure.

May be, you find a pattern that sticks: portaraits against food against pets against machines against landscapes…

Because different asset types are routed to different queues. Generative AI is taking 2 months or longer due to the massive influx of such assets. Photographs and videos are reviewed sooner.
