Access denied from creating adobe stock contributor account

I'm unable to create a Contributor account on Adobe Stock. On opening the login/create account page of Contributor, it says:

"Sorry, your access has been denied.

You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements."

I've searched about the Service Eligibility Requirements and other solutions too, which say that "you must be 18 years old or above", however, when I open my Adobe account page, i don't find any column to enter my Date of Birth/Age (i don't remember if this prompt really came during my account opening process or not).

Please, let me know if there's any actual solution to this, or do i have to recreate my account?

Are you over 18? You know that you need to send in a government issued ID card, where your date of birth is noted.

Edit: That requirement has been lifted. You still need to be 18 years old, before you can open your account.

I believe new users do enter their age, and cannot change it. If you actually are over 18, but might have mis-entered it, contact Adobe.  Unusually, I think in this case you should contact Customer Service, though for all other stock contributor issues it would be Stock Contributor Support.

You get asked a date of birth when creating an Adobe ID.

And the date of birth needs to correspond with what is written on the ID card that needs to be submitted.

Edit: Contributors do not need to submit an ID any more.

If indeed the date of birth is wrong, you will have to contact Adobe Customer care to get that corrected.
