Account blocked, 800$+ gone?

My adobe stock contributor account was blocked without mentioning any reason.

I've already tried to contact support regarding this question 10 days ago, but nobody replied to me.

I worked pretty hard and earned around 800$, or probably more (can't check acc is blocked).

I didn't withraw this money from my acc, and now I cannot access it.

This is quite a large amount of money for me, and now I feel like I was just robbed.

I didn't do anything wrong, all of my videos are different from each other. Titles are right, keywords are not in alphabetical order. Some of my videos pass the review, and some of them don't. And I don't understand why. Reviewers don't provide proper explanation.

I really hope this post will help solve my problem before it's too late.

It takes several weeks for a reply sometimes, but a reply will certainly come at some point.  Make sure to check all your spam and other folders of your email service.  My Adobe emails often get filtered to the Promotions folder of mine.

It's not a problem for Adobe at all. My account with 20,000 assets is blocked. Adobe ignored me for almost 100 days this is awful and disgusting. This is the norm for Adobe to do this type of thing with its CONTRIBUTORS.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Whatever is the reason for the blocking, you need to wait for an answer.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder), you may send a follow-up inquiry.

Meanwhile work on other projects. Feel free to submit work to other microstock services.

You have to wait for a reply. There is nothing else you can do.

There will be a review, if everything is ok, your account will be accessible again. If not, you are right, everthing is lost.

These are the terms you agreed to. Adobe does not have to give a reason.

It is best, because of these terms, to withdraw your funds constantly.
