Last week my account blocked. The reason is that I uploaded a few photos to try. When uploading from the site, I was going to remove similar images by selecting them. Detected as
spawn spam because I accidentally forgot to remove it while installing. My account has been closed for a week. It's the beginning of the month and come on guys, our energy and motivation are high. We want to work. I did not get a response to my emails. I'm sure you're busy, but I would be very happy if you could help. With art and love.
If you break the rules, you get blocked. If you spam, you get blocked. Adobe do not want spammers, or careless contributors, because it costs them money to check and review each picture. If you waste Adobe's time, that's all folks. Even if you can make great art - there are lots of less careless contributors available, and there are already 100 million pics in the Stock database.
I know. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. All I want is to get the account back, I'll be much more careful from now on.

I don't know what SPAWN is. You probably mean SPAM.
Sending SPAM through the system is a violation of Stock Contributor Guidelines.
Fellow users can't help you with a blocked account. You must work this out directly with Stock Contributor Support below.
Work on other things while the process completes.
Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:

2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party.
3) Spamming the system.
4) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
5) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.
If you don't hear anything within 10 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up email.
