"I have been a contributor since 2021, and up until now, I have never encountered any issues with my account. However, on Friday, September 25th, 2023, my account suddenly disappeared, accompanied by a message indicating an account validation problem. This happened just before receiving the $300 USD payment. Unfortunately, I did not receive the $300 USD payment either. It's important to note that I had left $150 USD in my account. Unfortunately, despite this, I have not received a response, and my attempts to resolve this issue through the contact form have not yielded any feedback or confirmation, not even via email.
I understand that the team in charge may be very busy, but the fact that contributors' accounts are blocked for weeks, or even months, without communication or problem resolution can be very detrimental. With this in mind, I would like to propose an idea that could benefit everyone. Why not consider not blocking contributors' accounts before resolving issues within a 48-hour period, for example? This would allow contributors to continue making a living from their work without major disruptions while giving the team the necessary time to resolve problems.
I firmly believe in the value of my work as a contributor and in the Adobe Stock platform. However, this recent experience has raised concerns. I genuinely hope that you will take into consideration this proposal to improve the relationship with contributors and ensure faster problem resolution. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much."

You are not addressing Adobe directly here. We are a community of fellow contributors.
I assume you meant that your account was blocked on August 25, 2023, not September 25th. If you've read any other posts in this forum, you would know that many accounts are being blocked right now, and that it takes time for Adobe to complete their investigation. It might take days to resolve, or it could take weeks; or you could end up getting permanently banned if Adobe finds the infractions to be egregious and in violation of the Contributor Agreement. Sending repeated emails day after day just further clogs their customer support system, and probably leads to even more delays. You will hear back from them when their investigation is complete. Monitor your spam folder to be sure that you don't overlook the response.
