Why is it that since Monday so many accounts in my country have been affected by de-activated accounts, and we sent email questions to them and there has been no response, I saw several posts in Facebook groups where lots of people experienced this en masse, will the accounts be able to be opened again in the future, but If you made a payout last week, it was sent quickly with the account de-activated, does anyone have the right answer to why all this happened and whether the account can return to normal?
thank you 🙂
You must reply to the "Contact Us" link on your Contributor page and await a response from Adobe. Check your spam folders since sometimes responses from Adobe land there. Meanwhile, don't badger Contributor Support with multiple requests on this subject, since that just further clogs their Support System.
I agree with @Jill_C , I haven't seen a spike in suspended accounts either on the forum or the discord channel.
Depending on why the account was suspended it may be temporary or permanent. Follow the instructions on the screen that displays when you try log in, and Adobe will write back in a few days outlining the reason for the suspension. Sometimes it takes a week or two for the reply.
Good luck!
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Why do you post this multiple times? The answer is always the same:

What is the situation?
Did you submit an initial withdrawal request? Has your account been suspended since then?

i dont know this is my first withdraw they deactive my account in one day without any reason and i have to stay some day or week for reply why this is not fair

It appears that the "first withdrawal" is the cause of the problem, just as it was for me.
Is there any chance that my account will be restored from this situation... I am concerned that it will be permanently suspended.
I would like to know if there are any instances in this thread where an account has been suspended and then reopened after the initial withdrawal, but Mr. Spambot (If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you.) I am unable to discuss the issue due to interference. lol

Your account will remain suspended until Adobe completes their investigation. Yes, there are contibutors who have had their accounts re-opened once Adobe was assured all terms and conditions required were met, or when any issues that were violated were corrected. It does take awhile for the investigation to be completed.

It is not unusual for accounts to be temporarily suspended for investigation following the first withdrawal request. This seems to be a typical process for Adobe. Yes, we have received reports here of accounts being reactivated after the account review is completed.

thanks for reply and how long does it take to send me email about it?

Yes you guys are right, we have to wait. I understand that.
Thank you for understanding how people here feel. We appreciate it very much. We are newbies and this is our first experience with a case like this and we are anxious.

There's no way of knowing how long it will take to receive a reply. It could take days or it could take weeks. It's dependent on the workload on the Contributor Support team and how many ither accounts they're reviewing right now.

i only had 100 download for 1000 image i dont think it is irregular download

It depends on the pattern of those downloads. If they happened all at once, or in batches of 10 for instance, Adobe algorithms might flag those as "irregular", for instance someone using an Adobe Stock Free Trial to download their own images...

There are other reasons for deactivating an account, other than unusual sales activity. You'll just have to wait for a response from Adobe.

It's important to know that we really can't speculate as to what is or isn't considered irregular sales activity. We only have an outside perspective and our experience comes from what we see posted on the forums, Adobe Help articles, the Stock Contributor User Guide, and our own experience as contributors.
From what I've seen others post, Adobe typically responds even if it takes a few days. Just be patient and check your email providers various folders, my Adobe emails tend to get filtered to my Promotions folder. In the meantime, feel free to browse some of the past posts here on the forum to see the experiences others have had with this.
Because there is a lot of nuance to suspensions, it really doesn't help to speculate especially if Adobe hasn't yet responded.
Good luck!

If there are a lot of free accounts with this and they download only your assets, that is suspicious. If those sales are to long term subscribers downloading a lot of assets and also one or two of yours, it is not suspicious. It's never a yes or no answer.

It's depending on the timeframe. For 1000 images having a short term download of 100 assets is a lot. I would expect getting max a little bit more than 50 downloads over a whole year with those 1000 assets.

Sure your assets are the best. But you can't defy the statistics. Because you are competing against millions of assets that are at least of the same quality, if not better.

Due to the huge influx of Generative AI assets during the last ~15 months, Adobe has been overwhelmed with new Contributor accounts and, unfortunately, many Contributors who have abused the system and violated guidelines, or never even bothered to read the guidelines. Thus, the Contributor Support Team is now having to inspect many accounts for violations of the guidelines and other problems. They'll get to your account in due time.

They reply as soon as possible. Resources are limited and investigations are time intensive. And often, at least according to what I read here, the contributor caused the issue. It is as it is. Adobe won't probably allocate more resources to this, so it will just take more and more time to solve the issue.
