I have sent an email to contributor-support@adobe.com and at first they sent me an email stating that I had committed some infraction (I still don't know which one) and that I had to fill out a form (https://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/SV_74fM1z4DvUPyPlk) to which I have never received a response and now I am not receiving any information by email either. Any advice on what to do to talk to them and recover the account?
You need to wait. Adobe will eventually come to a conclusion. However, Adobe answers requests and tells you what infractions you have committed. Somewhere in the process, you did get an e-mail with your infraction called out.

They said "Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account"
I ask them specifically what but I don't receive any answer.

When did you ask for a precision? They answer other people, so they will answer you.

Several times since October 2024.

You need to wait, you should, however, use the contact link on the blocking screen, as that triggers a case entry in their support database. Emails come and go, and they sometimes go faster than the light.

As soon as you have a case number, you can indeed reply to that e-mail. You will need to wait. Some contributors reported resolution times of more than 6 months.

Well, it's going to be 5 months since the first contact. And regarding responding with the case number to the same email, I haven't received any response either.
What an eternal wait for a response

Check your assets against the requirements meanwhile. There may be one or the other violating the terms.

Thanks for the answers. Even though I see it, I prefer to talk about it with a person and not a machine.

have you found that someone got their account activated?

Sure. There are people who got their account reactivated after "some" waiting time.

is the waiting time specific?

Well it takes time to check all of those accounts and to check the specific issues before Adobe decides on the account's fate. So yes, time is a relevant factor, but there is no fixed time frame.
