Hello respected CS!

i was received email from adoeb for 09 oct,2023. your account is tempory blacok and you need to contact adobe stock conteributor team. sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer. i was contact them in my 1st priority. But since i have no received any reponsed form them, also  i checked my spam box and fillterd the messages.  i read all guidelines and next time i will follow all policy requirement.

What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?

yes i will delete all problematic photo in my protfolio after open my account.

Well, you got an answer, and if I read that, you have more than one infringing asset in your portfolio. Do as the message says and your account will get opened again.

Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

 

Who is “respected CS”? Customer support? If so, customer support is not available to suppliers, and you are a supplier. And this forum is user-driven, Adobe employees are very rarely to be seen here.

All accounts get temporary blocked when irregularities arise. Their first message to you will be the blocking reason, and that will come rather fast. Then Adobe makes an investigation. That may lead to a permanent ban, or you will need to take corrective measures, or they will simply unblock your account. Nothing of that is in your hands.
