Добрый вечер!

Прошло более четырех недель с момента деактивации моего аккаунта и меня попросили написать в службу поддержки. За это время я не получил ни одного ответа от Adobe. У кого еще такая проблема? Есть ли надежда, что мне ответят?

It can take weeks or longer to receive a response. Apparently the support team is very busy investigating numerous accounts. However, if you've been waiting for 4 weeks, it's probably okay to send a follow-up.

Hello! Finally, a month later, a response came from the support service. I understand it's automatic. I was asked to file an appeal. However, I still don’t understand whether my account is closed or not. All answers are presented in the form of “maybe and maybe”. Could you tell me from your experience whether there will be a response to the appeal? Or should I say goodbye to my five-year job?
