today i received an email from adobe stock stating that one of my video is sold for $42but i had deleted this account last year ,the images and videos are still on the website.the problem is i cannot login as my account was deleted and after creating a new account with the same email my earnings are zero.help me with this

To delete a contributor account, there is a procedure that you need to follow. Deleting your Adobe ID is not enough. You need to write to contributor support to solve this issue. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

If your account is connected to a Gmail account: Gmail does not distinguish between abc.defg@gmail.com and abcdefg@gmail.com.

 

Adobe makes that difference with an Adobe ID. You should check that possibility too. Examine the e-mail address where your mail has been sent too.

like i have deleted my account and adobe with the email i have created still my content is selling ,so is it possible that i can get my payout ?

Do not spam the system, wait a week before reiterating your request. Stay very focussed on what you want to tell them, so that the solution finding is smooth. Support does not work on weekends! Watch your spam folder, the answer comes by e-mail.
