Hello
In Nov 7 2022 i sent to Adobe support that i see a sudden high sales rate in my dashboard, and if you provide intellectual property or some protection to your contributors, i received a reply on the same day saying "Thank you for reporting this issue. Our financial team will check suspicious sales."
The next day i recieved "Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice." after the first contact from account then nothing more.
My last questions regarding this issue now, could my case be forgotten? and how to know if it is? do they send a final decision or something via email, has anyone experienced the same issue and what happened!
Thanks.
Update 02/20/2024: My account remains deactivated with no solid proof provided that I violated any terms. It appears that Adobe is unable to distinguish between fake and authentic sales, lacking a rule or method to handle irregular content portfolio downloads in batches, which they classify as irregular sales activity without conducting a serious investigation. The last response mirrors the initial one, advising users to report suspicious activity to safeguard their accounts, yet their actions contradict this guidance.
Just a few days ago, someone from India faced a similar issue. With five years as a contributor, Adobe Stock serves as his sole source of income, supporting his family. It's improbable that he would jeopardize his livelihood.
To the admins and experts here, I urge you to refrain from making excuses for Adobe and to remain neutral. I demand the reactivation of that individual's account as a priority. Adobe must address these issues promptly, as they are unaware of the distress they cause. They should resolve the situation in a manner befitting their esteemed reputation. I've been using Adobe since the early 90s, and my concern isn't solely about financial gain; I simply want acknowledgment of their misstep and affirmation that I've done nothing wrong.

It was certainly not forgotten. More likely, just my opinion, it was easier and quicker to suspend the account in question than to try to determine what is the reason for the sales activity. Write again explaining everything that happened and ask politely if your account can be reactivated.
If you are lucky, it may be reactivated.
