Hello everyone, I am a contribution by Adobestock (Ambient_nature_atmosphere)  for a few days I have a problem of validation of the account (it never happened to me), I sent 3 emails (four days ago) to Adobe but not I still replied, can any of you know how to tell me why or give me an answer? Thank you

Preferably via my email <removed-kglad>

You shouldn't send e-mails. Use the link provided to you on your blocking screen.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

I don't think that there is much Adobe Stock Contributor support on weekends. The support team is swamped with account validation issues, so it may take them some time to get back to you; meanwhile, don't spam them with repeated emails.

He said that he sent 3 emails 4 days ago. That's what I was referring to, not multiple posts here in the forum.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
