I have been sending messages to Adobe Stock Contributor Support since March, but I haven’t received any response so far. Is there any other way to get in touch with the support team?
I would like to know the reason for the account deactivation and whether it is possible to have it reinstated.
Additionally, I would like to ask if there is any way to withdraw the remaining earnings from my account.

No, not as long as your account has been disabled.

Sure, but those answers need to come from Adobe Contributor Support. They are not available on this forum.

No, you have to wait. And you have to know that Adobe contributor support is slow to answer such requests. They answer only when their investigation has ended, and they ignore any in between request. You need to wait. Sorry, but that is the only advice that I can give you.

Request is a strong word.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

I sent emails to the support service, and after a long time, I still haven’t received a single response. I checked both the spam folder and all other emails. Is there a chance of getting a reply? It’s been 3 months, and I still haven’t heard back. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 years =(

3 Months is not the longest waiting time that has been reported for such cases. What are you dealing with for three years? Or is that a typo?
