Account was blocked

Мy account was blocked due to a violation of the Stock Contributor Terms related to content created with generative artificial intelligence. According to the notification I received, my content was found to be non-compliant with the requirements, as it violates the rules for the following reasons:

  1. Suspected spam (too many similar pieces of content).
  2. Incorrect labeling, tagging, or titling of content.
  3. Lack of model or property releases where necessary.
  4. And other possible violations.

I kindly ask you to provide me with detailed information about the specific errors that were made, so I can correct them and make the necessary adjustments to my content. I am committed to carefully following the requirements in order to comply with all rules and avoid similar violations in the future.

I also request that you consider restoring my account, as I am eager to adhere to all established guidelines and continue submitting only high-quality content.

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards

Request is a strong word.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

I sent emails to the support service, and after a long time, I still haven’t received a single response. I checked both the spam folder and all other emails. Is there a chance of getting a reply? It’s been 3 months, and I still haven’t heard back. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 years =(

3 Months is not the longest waiting time that has been reported for such cases. What are you dealing with for three years? Or is that a typo?

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum, and will receive no reply from any Adobe rep here. We are a community of Contributors. Use the Contact us link on your account page and await Adobe's response.

I have been sending messages to Adobe Stock Contributor Support since March, but I haven’t received any response so far. Is there any other way to get in touch with the support team?

I would like to know the reason for the account deactivation and whether it is possible to have it reinstated.
Additionally, I would like to ask if there is any way to withdraw the remaining earnings from my account.

There's nothing else you can do except use the Contact us link.
