account was temporarily blocked and Account validation issue after login

Last day I received and Email Adobe Contributor Relations Team about My account. Its Temporary Blocked because I have submitted Generative Ai content that is not within guidelines.

 

I've been working full time for the last 5 Months with 5 people's Team and ot was around 10K+ Images on adobe stock & Today I Saw an Email, My Adobe stock contributor account is blocked, when i login my account, It shows Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.

 

I Mailed also on given mail id and did apologies.

 

I request the adobe team to kindly review my account and please give me one chance i will take care of it. I read all the information and submission guidelines and apply in future uploads.

As you know my files are generated using AI. If you think any File is problematic feel free to remove them. but please restore my account.

 

How Much it will Take. can anyone Help Me. 😔

no reply on mail just 1 reply that we are checking and after that no reply?????? why

that's how it is with everyone in your position unfortunately. Some people that I have talked to got unblocked after a week or so, others after about a month, but the vast majority are over a month into waiting with nothing but that 1 reply that was the same as you got. For the people that had gotten unblocked, initially they werent even being informed when it happened and instead they just logged in and it was worked again all of a sudden, for a couple of the more recent ones they were also emailed and told that they had 7 days to go over past files and fix the problems. For now all you can do is wait for them to get to you, but there are hundreds or thousands of accounts in queue for them already. Try logging in every once in a while and check your email but that's all you can do now.

You get your percentage of revenue, and Adobe gets more than you do. So, this is clearly a two-part job, and both parties should work together to find the best way to resolve issues, rather than simply closing people's accounts without even giving them a chance to prove themselves and find a resolution to fix the problem, cos take years to create a portfolio.
