While mobile phone cameras can take some nice images of certain subjects in perfect light, as a general rule they're not going to be able to deal with challenging lighting, moving subjects, dark areas, high dynamic range, etc. Your image of the dog is poorly composed, with unatrractive elements in the frame (the wall to the left and the piece of furniture to the right). It appears you used a flash which is reflecting in his pupils. You should have gotten down to the dog's level and not shot him from above. The image is very noisy due to the limits of your camera and the dark environment. He is not sharply focused and there is very little detail in the fur.
It is not Adobe Stock's job to "give you a chance to grow"; if you're interested in selling your photos, you must invest a considerable amount of effort (and perhaps cash) in selecting an appropriate camera/lens combo, learning how to use it well, and learning how to edit your images. There are many online training programs and tutorials that can help you in your journey.
