Hello,
I am a designer who has been selling stock files on Adobestock for a few years (I have over 1000 designs) and I have accumulated, pending payments (for this month). I have been selected for assignments and have uploaded several works and they have been approved. Then when I am working for missions again I see Account de-activated warning on my contributor account (No reason was given to me).and after my account was closed, they started deleting 3 of my old files (about 5-6 years old files) and I received an e-mail about it (The rejection reason is: Intellectual Property Violation). What is going on, they closed my account and will they delete my files one by one?I think there is some mistake.what is the reason for this?
Thank you!

My account was activated today. Thanks to everyone who followed the topic. For those whose accounts have been closed, if you see an unfair reason and you are completely sure of your portfolio, do not give up in this situation (if everything is in accordance with the rules, they review and conclude positively) and always try whatever is necessary.

IP violation is a very serious issue. However, I wonder, how you know that those 3 assets got deleted, when your account is blocked?
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

I received an email stating that my files were deleted (I mentioned this above). However, this is not the reason why my account was closed because my files were deleted after my account was closed.

That's the way the process works. Someone submits a claim to Adobe that assets featured in your account are an IP violation, then Adobe takes the account offline to investigate. If the other party supplies evidence of the IP violation, the assets are deleted. It's possible that your account will not be reinstated because, as @Abambo indicated, IP violations are taken very seriously by Adobe.

This account closure happened after I submitted files for missions (Adobe's artificial intelligence development program). First they canceled the missions and then my account was deleted without justification.

It's difficult to do a guessing game here, but all actions could be in relation. The Adobe decision taking may be a staged one:
my account was deleted without justification.

Adobe suspends accounts proactively as soon as there are suspected issues. It may be, or it may not be, that your account will get revived. You will get a final message if you asked for a clarification. We do not know the timeframe of this, but we know that investigations may take longer than the person concerned would like.
(BTW: there is no need to write the same answer twice or more times. We all can read any answer to any other user.)

Emails sometimes have a lag, so they arrive a day or two after the fact. So it may well be that Adobe decided to close the account after they deleted some assets. A suspended account does not send out notifications (except if there is a misconfiguration in the account handling by Adobe).

Hi @ilhnklv ,
Sorry to hear about your account deactivation. As you are already told, there's nothing we can do to assist. This is an account issue and only Adobe can help. We are volunteers on the community. I suggest you use the "Contact us" on the page to reach out to Adobe to find out the exact reason for deactivating the account. If the assets are your's and your original designs, you can provide proof of ownership. You can also appeal the case.
All the best

I don't want you to do anything from you, I asked here to get ideas. I sent a screenshot of the original vector file of the designs (working date and design file), what can I do more than that, what can I do as evidence other than that?

Hi @ilhnklv ,
I don't believe screenshot is enough. You need proof with date/time and information/meta data details that's unique to you and precedes whatever the alleged owner presents. If you do not have evidence of information that is unique to you that precedes the proof the other person produces, then you'll have to cut your losses.
Best wishes

What do you mean by "information/metadata details"? I have vector drawn files of the designs from 2018-2020. How else can I show them as evidence?

Do you believe just telling Adobe that you have vectors drawn from then is enough. Did you not save the original files? Are you aware that each file you create on your computer creates data that tells when the file was created, modified and accessed plus other meta data in the file properties?

Of course, the originals are in my archive. As I mentioned in the first message, I sent a screenshot showing the information of the designs in my archive. I did not send only the vector eps file. If I need to send the vector file, I can send that too.

Okay, so once the files are your own original designs that you did not copy someone else and you've sent a screenshot of the files' properties then you have nothing to worry about. The files' properties will have the file names, date and time the files were created.

No one in the Contributor community knows what Adobe's internal processes are for investigating accounts, nor how long it might take.

Thank you for sharing your valuable information. This is a very serious issue for us.
Deleting the account, rather than just deleting the work, is very hopeless.
I would like to be notified in advance under what circumstances an account will be deleted, so that we can take measures to prevent this from happening.

It's worse when this happens without a reason.

This is a strong hint on the reason: (The rejection reason is: Intellectual Property Violation).
After the conclusion of their investigation, they will communicate a general closure reason if the closure stays. In all other cases, you will gain back access to your account after probably having done some remedies.
IP violations are severe, however. Chances are that the account remains closed. I say this without knowledge of your assets and the Adobe internal information. So do not treat this as an accusation that you copied another one's intellectual property nor that Adobe is right.

I sent an e-mail and a message from Contact Us. I guess there is nothing I can do from now on other than wait, right?

No - unfortunately you can't do anything else. If you follow the posts on this forum you can tell that it can take several months before you get the decision.

Will I receive payment while the account is closed and under review? There was a pending payment before the account was closed

No, payments are held until Adobe completes their investigation.

By @ilhnklv
No. And many peaople reported that there account got closed after asking for a payout. I suppose that at that time, Adobe checks accounts for suspicious activity.
