There are obviously illegal downloads happening on your account, as evidenced by the fact that they've already deducted some sales. There is nothing that this Community of fellow contributors can do to help you. Reply to the contact us link and wait for Adobe Support to reply.

If the solution is not found by contacting you, what is needed is to create a community team. You have no contact with Contributor Support.

Because most of those "problems" are created either by the contributor, or the contributor is an accomplice. This is fraud, and Adobe tries to protect itself and your account from that. Unfortuneatly this means that Adobe needs to investigate this. During the investigation, your account is blocked.

Don't assume the worst. Many accounts are properly restored after Adobe completes their investigation.

Same thing happened to me and worried a lot, after 5 days they unblocked my account. Some accounts unblocked after 15 days and some took 1 month. So be patience and wait for their reply.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
