Use the Contact Us link on your account page to request an update from Adobe. It might take days or even weeks to receive a response; however, don't spam them with multiple follow-ups on the same subject as this just further clogs their support system.

I have already done it When I contacted them via Contact us page , they replied with the following message: 'Your content may be removed, or your account may be deactivated, for not complying with these Account and Content Submission Guidelines. If your content has been removed, or your account blocked, due to a violation of our Terms (including these Account and Submission Guidelines), and you dispute the decision, you may file an appeal or use an out-of-court dispute resolution option (where applicable in your jurisdiction) by following the process here: https://www.adobe.com/trust/transparency.html Regards, Adobe Artist Relations' but they didn’t tell me the reason why my account was blocked.

It appears that your account has been permanently suspended. You'll have to pursue the dispute resolution option for which they've provided a link.

How can they permanently suspend my account without giving me any reason? This is extremely disheartening

There is ALWAYS a reason.
Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

This matter is solely between you and Adobe Stock, not fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community.
Be patient. It may take several weeks for an investigation to conclude. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. Work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.
Good luck.

Yes, this is exactly what I'm saying. At the very least, I deserve to know the reason why my account was deactivated. Even a criminal is informed of their crime before being punished so that they don't repeat the mistake. This is really troubling me; I deserve to know what I did wrong. I need to understand my fault so that I can avoid it in the future. I'm extremely stressed out by this. Punishing me without telling me my offense is completely unfair.

Adobe stock is not designed to be fair, it's a business. People get permanently blocked for suspected violations of the terms and conditions, and in general, Adobe gives a reason for that. You need to read the terms and conditions to find out what is pertinent to your case. Very often, it is fraudulent sales or submitting stolen images. Generative AI submitters are especially vulnerable to this, as they, very often, do not care to read the terms and conditions, especially about intellectual property or content policies.

Sir, could you please guide me on what to write in my appeal? I wasn’t given any reason, which is why I’m confused. Please suggest what I should do, as I’m not an AI contributor.

You need to use this procedure, as linked in your post here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/adobe-stock-contributor-account-deacti...

There is always a reason. If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Sorry this happened to you buddy. Its all I ever seem to read on here lately - accounts deactivated with no reason given. It doesn't inspire confidence to say the least.

Accounts get disabled for suspected violations of the terms and conditions. You should be well aware of those.
