Adobe Stock Contributor Account Has Been de-activated, Please Solve My Issue

Hello, Adobe Stock Team.
I'm a contributor.
My account has been closed a few days ago and I am unable to work. I would like to express my sincere apologies for any unintentional violations of Adobe Stock submission guidelines. I never want to go against the terms and conditions. I assure you that it was never my intention to submit content that goes against the Stock Contributor Terms.

To address this matter promptly, could you please provide additional details or specify which image(s) are in question? This will help me better understand the specific issues raised and take corrective measures to align with the guidelines.

I value the opportunity to contribute to Adobe Stock and I am committed to ensuring that my submissions adhere to the highest standards. If there are any specific guidelines or policies I may have overlooked, I would greatly appreciate guidance to ensure future compliance. I am very sincere about my account, I want to work long term with adobe stock. I am very sorry about my account And if I have committed any mistake unknowingly, I am ashamed of it.

Additionally, I am eager to explore any appeals options available and would be grateful for any guidance on the steps to take in this regard.

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to resolving this issue amicably. [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

@Ali36400445lxpt,

I'm afraid this is a serious matter.  Someone filed an infringement complaint (Take Down Notice).  That can only mean one thing.  You submitted content to which you don't have 100% copyright ownership.  Someone other than you says they own rights to that asset.

Submitting content that you don't own rights to is a violation of the Stock TERMS you agreed to when you joined.

It may take several weeks for the investigation to conclude.  Be patient and work on other projects while you wait.  If you wish, you may submit content to other stock services.

If you wish to dispute the complaint, follow the instructions under Counter Notices & Objections below.

Goodbye & best of luck.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

I want to tell you that I have contacted Adobe on "Contact Us" and I have received the same reply three time which I am mentioning in the screenshot. I request you to help me open my account So that I can stay with Adobe stock, and i can perform my services.

Apart from this, I want to tell you that my friend's account was blocked by his month and when he received this mail, he wrote a message on this community, after which his account was opened after a day.

My request to Adobe Stock is to take care of the Adobe Stock contributors and not waste the years of hard work that have been serving this Adobe stock.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, which is mainly supported by and for Contributors. You must use the "Contact Us" link on your account page to ask for further feedback from Adobe.

We can't do that. As already mentioned, we are contributors like yourself and have no way of helping your account get unblocked, nor can we forward your mail.
