Adobe Stock contributor account has been de-activated

Dear adobe support team,
My contributor account was blocked without sending a warning email or without any reason on
(date) 02/07/2024 since then I didn't get response from our side. I respect and follow all vour
rules and guidelines and committed to follow them. so I kindlv request vo to unblock mv
account as soon as possible.

This is not the contributor support team this is a user to user forum. Suspensions always happen without a warning. What warning would you like to see?

 

With your screenshot, you contradict your message. You got a reason:

  • The suspension is for a violation of the Account and Submission Guidelines.
  • The mail is from February 20, so obviously, you got an answer.

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Have you withdrawn money? Is that your first withdrawal?
I made my first withdrawal request and my account was re-validated. It has been three months now.
I would like to know if there is any chance of my account being restored, but they won't tell me. I want to know if I need to wait or not.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.

2) Content spamming or fraud.
3) Receipt of an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice.
4) Violation of Stock Contributor User Terms.

Contributor Support should respond within 30 business days (M-F).  Check your email spam folder.
Meanwhile be patient & work on other projects, or submit content to other services.
