Question

Adobe stock contributor payment error.

Hello. You see, I have been a collaborator of Adobe Stock (formerly Fotolia) since 2015 and I have received many payments from Adobe without problems until today. You see yesterday in the status of the last payment it said "Pending payment" as when there is little left until said money is deposited to you. But today in that state of the last payment it puts "Pending" again. I wanted to ask if this means there has been some error?

Pending says that the payment is still pending. When it says “done” the payment is done. You have to wait for up to 10 BUSINESS days for that to happen. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public and company holidays.

If the payment is DONE, Adobe transferred the money to your designated payment agent. It still may take a couple of business days for the money to be credited to your account. If there is a problem at that stage, Adobe will credit you back.

As a side note: We do see nothing, we are contributors as you are, and we have no insight into your account.

I don't understand your question. You said payment status was pending yesterday and is still pending today, so what's the problem?

I think he want to say that when he request payout he was having the status 'pending'. but after when adobe approve payment the term 'pending payment' is written on the status and after payment the status get to 'payment done'. but instead of written 'payment done' after 'pending payment' it goes in 'pending' again. Am I right @Gabrieuskal?
