Adobe Stock Contributor - question through page

Hey guys

I have made a request on sunday through the contact option in adobe stock contributor page (contact form). I didnt receive any confirmation email. So Im a little bit confused^^. Should I get one? Or can I check somewhere if adobe received it like an open ticket/task?

If you did send a request to contributor support via the form, as described here, it did arrive at the Adobe side and will be treated. However, contributor support is currently very solicited, so an answer could take some time.

Unfortunately not. You have to hope that your email will be seen and that you receive an answer in the next couple of weeks.

If you contact them via the form, it gets entered into their ticket system. If you contact them by e-mail, that is not guaranteed the case.
