Hi,
I have met all the requirements to receive a free Adobe Creative Cloud App Redeem Code for 1 year via Adobe Stock Contributor. But, I have not been given the free redemption code yet. What should I do now??
Please help me with some information about this.

The picture you showed here contains two links. 

One Read this first. You should do that first, as there will be important information.

The second is a Click here link. Use that one to redeem. Depending on the number of sales you got either a single app plan or an all apps plan. If you got the single app plan, you need to select your plan first. Once selected, you cannot change that anymore.

Sir, I did not get the redemption option given in the screenshot. My free Adobe Creative Cloud app is full of redeemable requirement sales. My question is why I am not given it even though I am eligible for free redemption in 2023?

Why did you post the screenshot if it is not yours? You are losing valuable time with such misleading information. If you did not get the code, you were either blocked at the time of the code distribution (that happened last year to several contributors) or you are not eligible. If, however, you think that you were left out by error, contact as soon as possible contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

What happens when you "click here" on that message? It should take you to the page where your code is shown.

Use the contact us link on your account page and ask Contributor Support for your code.
