Adobe Stock Contributors account Block for highly irregular sales activities

Is  possible to get back my account?

Is there any one is happened with you. and you unblock your account?

 

I want to know, is it my fault to increase sale?

Many of the contribution are facing this problem. Is it a system error, or adobe stock team it do manually?

 

What can I do now? How can I unblock my account.

I send theme Mail then they reply this mail. Then I send them another Mail 5 day ago but they do not reply my Mail.

 

They Said:
"Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice.

When you joined Adobe Stock as a Contributor you have accepted the Terms of Use. Please review the Terms of Use carefully and I’d like to call attention to section 8.1 Termination of accounts.

If you have any questions, or to update your case, simply respond to this email."

You asked "I want to know, is it my fault to increase sale?" What did you do to increase your sales? If, after their investigation, Adobe concludes that you were involved in any schemes to boost your sales that are violation of the Contributor Agreement, your account will be permanently blocked and closed. Meanwhile, don't send repeated emails, which serve to clog their already overburdened support team.

You have to wait, that's all you can do.

 

Adobe loves when your account generates high sales, but it's looking out for irregular sales. It's not your fault, when you have high sales, but there are manners to do that fraudulently and that is what Adobe detects. 

 

As we do not know your case, and Adobe does not discuss account closures publicly, there is no help that can be given to you. @Jill_C provided all adise that is necessary.

It's a serious issue on AS, probably an auotmatic block, i believe AS system can't seperate the authentic high sales from the maniplualted high sales, sent them 3 emails about this, suspicious sale activities means just suspicious, how they decide! we don't know.

Adobe can distinguish between authentic high sales and fraudulent high sales. It is indeed quite easy to do so.
