Adobe Stock does not recognize the actual size of the image.

Hi. I've been contributing to Adobe Stock for a few years. I haven't been able to upload an image since yesterday. The image is in jpg, is larger than 5MB and Adobe Stock says that the photo cannot be accepted because it is smaller than 4MB. What could be happening?

Yes. This is what Adobe are checking automatically. You must check your image size. This means you cannot cut down images below a certain size to zoom in on a detail, for example.

The minimum size of an image is not a file size (4 megabytes), it is an image size (4 megaPIXELS). What is the size of your image, in pixels (width and height)?

Hello!

2250 x 1365... So this is the problem? Even when Windows shows more than 5MB do I have to look at the minimum dimensions? Thanks.

Hi @Sergio Nazare17394184ya4z

Since your question is about Adobe Stock Contributors, I have moved this from the Photoshop forum where you posted.
