ADobe Stock _ inactive account

I have never used Adobe Stock.
I was introduced to it by someone around me a while ago and tried to use it.

However, when I clicked the button to use it for the first time (try selling), this window popped up.

I contacted them by email a month ago, but I only received an email saying that my application was completed.

I still haven't received a response.

 

Anyone else having the same experience as me or know a solution?

I've seen this a lot recently. All you can do is to contact contributor support via the "contact us" link on that blocking screen.

Yes, they are not provide us reply, they simply send templated reply. those are no use.

My account is also showing Inactive. After deleting my other adobe id which I used it for my behance portfolio, its still showing inactive. I dont know whats the proceedure now.
