Check the limits. You may have reached one of the limits, either the weekly submission limit or the numbers of assets waiting for moderation.

This might not be your issue, but I recently discovered a bug in the submission process. When I submitted images (AI) that included images of people, I would click the "this image was AI generated" and the "people or property are fictional" boxes. But the Submit button remained grayed out. I then unchecked the "people or property are fictional" box and selected the "No" box, then re-checked the "people or property are fictional" and I was able to submit them.

1. May be your weekly submission is complete 1st they review than you able to submit them
