AdobeStock review delay

Question

It’s been three months since I uploaded my assets on Adobe, but they still haven’t reviewed my photos. I’ve reached out to the support team via email, but all I’m getting are the same copy-paste responses

Hi @abdullah3517833702yp ,I'm not sure what is happening. I reached out to them also. I believe it's the same response I received as you, that includes "Files are reviewed manually in the order they are received", which is not reflecting the reality of some contributors receiving prompt file processing, while others are left for up to 4 months. I hope that they will address the issue soon. Best wishesJacquelin
