Advice on Image Quality?

Hello! 

Like many others posting here, I'm new to selling stock photography and have enocuntered only quality issues. Attaching some of the recent photos that were rejected. I can't seem to figure out why. I really appreciate any help and advice! Thank you!

The first image has a large underexposed area in the foreground.

The second image has artifacts in the sky.

The third image is not well composed and has IP issues - you would need a model release for the woman.
