AI Faces rejected needing a Model Permission

Two of my Pictures where rejected saying it needs a model permission, though those two pictures were completely AI generated. Therefore those people do not exist in real life. So what to do now ?

Did you submit, title, keyword and describe assets as "Generative AI Illustration" so everyone knows they are from a machine?
